James A. Crane

James A. Crane, 65 of Shalersville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. James was born on October 2, 1956 in Crestview, Florida to the late James and Mary (Maney) Crain. He had worked as a tow motor operator for A. DuiePyle Trucking Company in Streetsboro and was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. He also loved to watch all types of sports. James is survived by his wife Linda Crane, whom he married on October 16, 1976, his children Austin (Dawn) Crane, Meloney Crane and Melissa (Frank Fazio) Crane, his grandchildren Brianna, Keiper, Zachary, Emery, Sophia, Connor and Emily, his siblings Jeff Crane, Ted Hershberger and Rosemary Sayre, and his step-siblings Dorothy Jane Williams and James R. Adams. Per his request, cremation has taken place and memorial calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 2:00PM-4:00PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
