James D. Madick

James D. Madick, 79 of Ravenna went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. He was born January 4, 1934 in Akron to the late James and Magdalena (Ley) Madick.  He worked for General Tire, Oak Rubber and Acme Fence till he retired in 1998. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and woodworking.  He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 19 years, Sue Madick,  his brother, Ken (Sue) Madick of Wooster, and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his son James D. Madick Jr. in 2003, 6 sisters and 2 brothers.  Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Memorial donation can be made in James name to a charity of the donors choice.  Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
