James Anthony Polack

James Anthony Polack 34 of Ravenna died Wednesday, May 18, 2011. He was born February 4, 1977 in Ravenna to Ed and Barb (Buehrle) Polack. Formerly of Randolph, he has lived in Ravenna for the past 14 years. Survivors include his father Ed (Angelina Testa) Polack of Atwater, mother Barb (Robert) Keck of Ellsworth, OH, sister Theresa Polack of Canfield, brothers Edward Polack in the US Navy in Japan and Michael Polack of Atwater, grandparents Edward P. Polack of Kent and Richard (Rita) Buehrle of Uniontown, OH, step sister Carrie Keck of Columbiana, OH and step brother Rob Keck of Beloit, OH. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Gretta Polack. Calling hours will be from 2 - 5 PM Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, May 23, 2011, at the funeral home with Father James Lang officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Randolph.
