James Edward Pringle

James Edward Pringle, 75, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 at his home in Brecksville, Ohio.  He was born January 16, 1947, in Edinburg, Ohio, to the late Paul and Ruby (Vair) Pringle.  Jim graduated from Ravenna High School, and lived in Ravenna until last year.  He retired from General Motors in Parma after 34 years of service, and was a proud veteran of the US National Guard.  In his spare time, Jim loved fishing, often traveling to Canada to fish at Beaverland Camp, gardening, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.  Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Patricia (Esposito) Pringle, who he married July 5, 1969, his daughters, Melinda (Michael) Planinac and Samantha (David) Gottesman, and his beloved extended family of the late Marion and Cecelia Esposito, including sisters-in-law, brothers-in-laws, and nieces and nephews. His family extends our gratitude to Crossroads Hospice of Cleveland for their excellent care over the past year.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Crossroads Hospice of Cleveland, 9775 Rockside Rd., Suite 270, Valley View, OH 44125.
