James R Williams

James R. Williams, 76 of Rootstown, passed away Sunday December 25, 2022 at his home with his family by his side.  He was born August 12, 1946 in Lyndhurst, Ohio to the late Charles and Virginia (Maddison) Williams.  James has lived in Rootstown sine 1997 and was formerly of Stow.  He was a retired car salesman working for several area dealerships.  Survivors include his wife Elizabeth A. (Young) Williams whom he married February 10, 1995, his children  Christine (David) Chervenic, James (Shina) Williams, Vincent (Laura)  Williams, Daniel (Anne) Williams, Tyler Williams, his grandchildren Jonathan (Mackenzie), Brooke, Brent, Jenna, (Jake) , Hanna, Leah, Andrew,  his great granddaughters  Ella and Olivia, sister Barbara Benedict and his 1st wife Susie. There must be something special about someone who passes on Christmas day Jimmy was one of them. He loved fast horses, fast cars, all his animals, his many friends, and a good pizza. He especially loved his wife Liz who stayed by his side till the end.
