Janet I. (Rice) Depetro

Janet I. DePetro, 64  of Streetsboro passed away Friday June 5, 2015 at her home with her family by her side.  She was born to the late James and Geneva (Spaid) Rice, Sr. on September 10, 1950 in Greenwich, PA.  Mrs. DePetro has lived in Streetsboro since 1976 and was formerly of Solon.  She enjoyed scrapbooking, drinking her coffee and was avid and loyal Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.  Survivors  include her children Francis (Melissa) DePetro of Garfield Hts., Anjanette (Chris) Vespucci of Mantua, Danette DePetro of Streetsboro, her grandchildren Nicholas and Samantha and sisters Nancy Campbell of Greenwich, PA and Mary Ann Oaks of Cherry Tee, PA.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis G. on August 31, 2000 and brother James Rice, Jr.  Calling hours will be Sunday June 7, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Monday June 8, 2015 with Rev. Bill Snyder officiating.  Burial will follow the services in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio.
