Janie Viola (Wiggins) Dean

Janie Viola Dean 87 of Ravenna passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022. She was born May 14, 1935 in Kenansville, NC to Joseph Edward and Janie (Karnegay) Wiggins. Janie attended Blackhorse Baptist Church and was a machinist for Nymold. Survivors include her children Carl (Joanne) Dean, Carolyn Boling and Deborah (Johnny) Brown, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and siblings Darlene Pate, Brenda, Keith Wiggins and Dale Wiggins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eathel Roscoe Dean, son Robert Wayne Dean, her granddaughter Tina Roberts, siblings Edward, Earl Ray and Earl Rufus Wiggins and son in law Dave Boling. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Grandview Memorial Park Chapel with Reverend Tom Masaros officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
