Jo Tava (Kelley) Zayak

Jo Tava Zayak 78 of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday November 15, 2016 at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.  She was born April 18, 1938 in Brownsville, Kentucky  to the late Rome and Angle Mae (James) Kelley.  Jo has lived in Ravenna most of her life and had worked at Andrei and Kent  Jewelry as a manager.  Survivors include her husband Joseph A. Zayak whom she married July 17, 1965, her children Buddy Zayak, Danny (Elizabeth) Hughes, Becky Kendrick, Nancy Cuya, Stephanie (Jim) Tarr, 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, her aunt Bernice Kelley and cousins Sandy Templeton and Pat Madison.  At her request cremation has taken place.  Memorial calling hours will be Sunday November 20, 2016 from 12 Noon until time of the memorial service at 1:00 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Rev.
