Joan P (Komlosky) Demich

Joan P. Demich died April 11, 2013 peacefully surrounded by her family.
She was born in Coy, Pa. on October 15, 1934 to Andrew and Josephine (Slansky) Komlosky. She was
married October 22, 1955 to Richard Demich in Clymer, Pa. and moved to Cleveland, Ohio. In 1960 they moved to Streetsboro, Ohio. She was a life member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic church, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She retired in 1999 from Streetsboro City Schools with 25 years in the cafeteria. She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by infant son Mark John, mother Josephine Simko, father Andrew Komlosky and step-father John Simko. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard; daughter Pam (Gary) Beech of Stow, Ohio; son Tim (Paula) Demich of Uniontown, Ohio; daughter Kim (Tom) Hardesty of Stow, Ohio; granddaughters Alexa and Athena Demich; grandson TIm Beech; brother Robert Komlosky of Virginia Beach, Va.; sister Betty Jo (Bernie) Rairie of Shelocta, Pa.; brother-in-law Vern {Ruth} Demich of Shelocta, Pa.; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Sunday April 14, 2013 from 2-8 PM At Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Monday April 15, 2013 at the St. Joan of Arc Church Streetsboro, Ohio. Buruial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio.
