Joann (Nemeth) Jones Stevens

JoAnn Jones Stevens 84 of Streetsboro went Home to Eternity Tuesday, January 1, 2019. She was born November 19, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph G. and Anna (Kornfend) Nemeth. She was a Mom to everyone she met telling them about how much she believed in Jesus and how much He loved them. Survivors include her children Jeanette (Ed) Heaver and Julie Medhurst and grandchildren Angela (Joshua) Halder, Daniel Medhurst and Kelly (Chad) Van Dusen and husband Neal Stevens. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 56 years James Jones, grandchildren Jacob Medhurst and Matt Heaver and son in law Gary Medhurst. Calling hours will be from 2 PM until time of funeral service at 3 PM Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Pastors Josh Willaford and Steve Stewart will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Open Arms Adoptions 9205 State Route 43, Suite 208, Streetsboro OH 44241.
