Joel T Arner

Joel T. Arner, 62 of Ravenna, passed away Wednesday April 12, 2023 at UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  On April 11, 1961 Mr. Arner was born in Warrensville Hts., Ohio to the late Kenneth E. and Nancy M. (Austin) Arner.  He has lived in Ravenna since 2007 and was an IT Tech  and a veteran of the US Navy.  Those left to cherish Joel's memory are his wife Bettyann (Deak) Arner whom he married July 2, 2004, his children Joshua and Shelbey Arner, his siblings Marilla Kanieski, Nancy Moyer, Fred Arner, Ray Arner and his canine companions Mocha, Ginger, Brandy and Pebbles.  In honoring his request cremation has taken place.  Memorial Calling hours will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday April 19, 2023 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.   Burial with military honors will be Thursday 11:15 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery Rittman, Ohio.
