John R Biggs

John R. Biggs, 80 of Aurora, Ohio passed away Saturday January 21, 2023. He was born April 28, 1942 in Erie, Pennsylvania to the late John J. and Pearl (Kirschner) Biggs, Sr. John was a graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and served in the US Army as a military policeman and general’s guard at the Korean border. John was known as a quick-witted storyteller and always the first to laugh. He had a passion for trains and his 1928 Studebaker. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Dennis. John will be dearly missed by his daughters Jennifer Biggs, Stacey (Logan) Eisenhart, and his grandchildren Jonah and Madeline Shanholtzer. The family would also like to thank the loving staff of Maplewood in Cuyahoga Falls and Crossroads Hospice. Graveside services with military honors will be March 7 at 10 am at the Aurora City Cemetery in Aurora, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of John may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com
