John C. Coburn

John C. Coburn 76 a lifelong resident of Edinburg died Monday, April 27, 2015. He was born April 25, 1939 in Edinburg to Sylvan and Bernice (Crano) Coburn. Mr. Coburn was a member of Regina Coeli Church in Alliance and was a machinist for Goughler Industries in Kent. Survivors include his daughters Karen Sue (William II ) Steiner, Connie L. Coburn, Barbara J. (Timothy) Jackson and Sandy Stubbins, sons Joseph John Coburn, Edward Charles (DeeAnna) Coburn and David Earl (Bridget) Coburn, 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sisters Clara Kratz and Rose Coburn and special friend Elva Summers. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Judith Evelyn Coburn in 2010. Calling hours will be from 6 - 8 PM TONIGHT Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  A mass of christian burial will be held at 10 AM Friday, May 1, 2015 with Father William Kraynak officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna.
