Joyce Ann Logan- Bethune

Joyce Ann Logan-Bethune, age 72, passed away on September 11, 2017 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on January 12, 1945 to the late Joseph and Emma Jean (Brown) Logan. She resided in Ravenna, OH most of her life and was employed at Kent State University. She relocated to Pittsburgh in 2002 to live with her son, Eric. Left to cherish Ms. Bethune’s memory are her children, Charlene of Brooklyn, NY; Leon (Brenda) of Queens, NY; Larry of Bronx, NY; Albert (Tasha) of Rochester, NY; Eric of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters Garnette White and Cheryl Logan of Ravenna, OH; brothers, Thomas Logan of Akron, OH; William Logan of Kent, OH; 15 grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Louis Logan and Marion Logan; sister, Lora Mason; and maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Proctor- Brown.
