Judith (Judy) Ann Ratcliff, 75, of Kent passed away, December 15, 2023 at Akron City Hospital. She was born October 14, 1948 in Wadsworth, Ohio to William F. and Mary C. (Campbell) Bowers. Survivors include brothers Paul and Philip Bowers and granddaughter Lauren Garlough. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bruce, and daughter Melissa Garlough (Ratcliff). Memorial calling hours will be from 11:30 AM until time of memorial service at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Ravenna, Ohio at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
