Judith E. "Judy" Coburn 70 of Edinburg died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna . She was born February 9, 1940 in Ravenna to the late Earl G. and Marion G. (Osborne) McBride. Judy has lived in Edinburg for the past 52 years and was a member of Regina Coeli Church in Alliance. Survivors include her husband of 52 years John Coburn , daughters Karen S. (William II) Steiner of Randolph, Connie L. (William) Puleo of NC, Barbara J. (Timothy) Jackson of WV and Sandy (Tom) Stubbins of NC, sons Joseph John (Shirley) Coburn of Diamond, Edward C. ( DeeAnna ) Coburn of Wayland, and David E. (Bridget) Coburn of VA, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and sisters Joanne Pasquale of Boardman , Bonnie Oros of Kent, Carolyn McElwain of Ravenna and Linda Yeary of Ravenna . She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Beverly Taylor and Connie McBride. Calling hours will be form 6 - 8 PM Friday, August 27, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Peter of the Field Church in Rootstown with Father Mike Seifert and Father James Lang officiating. (PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH) Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna . Memorials should be made to Catholic Charities, 206 W. Main Street, Ravenna , OH 44266 or the American Liver Foundation, 921 E. 86 th Street, Suite 150, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
