Julia “Connie” Todd, 85, died on April 28th, 2020 at the Gardens of Liberty Park in Streetsboro, Ohio. She ended her struggle here on Earth peacefully and now rests eternally in those great realms unseen. Julia leaves behind her daughter Cynthia (Paul) Molnar, grandchildren Andrew (Kelly) Senkus, Aaron Molnar, Hannah (William) Torok and great grandchildren Sebastian, Ethan, Gavin, Bella, Charlie and Mia. Born on June 19th, 1934 to Joseph & Mary Plewinski and raised in Hamtramck, Michigan with many siblings, family was an integral part of Julia’s life from the very beginning. Being present at every family function was of utmost importance to Julia and her cards filled with loving messages and $2.00 bills will not soon be forgotten. It was well-known that Julia actively helped others through her many years of food pantry service, putting her just and kind worldview into practice and transforming many lives as a result. Between reciting her famed words of wisdom, balancing her checkbook to the penny and doing tens of thousands of word search puzzles, she kept her mind active and sharp until her final days. Julia held nature, wildlife and spirituality in high esteem and chocolate in an even higher regard. She will be dearly and wholly missed by all those she loved and touched over the many years of her caring, well-lived life. A private family funeral service will be held at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip funeral home in Streetsboro, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local food pantry. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date
