Justine D. King, 91, of Kent, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at the Woodlands at Robinson. She was born on May 22, 1919 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, a daughter of the late, Niles and Irene (Parker) Atterbury. Justine was a member of the Rootstown United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Mike Walczak) Croce of Olmsted Falls; grandchildren, Bradley (Jennifer) Croce of Lakewood, Lisa (Thomas Balinski) Croce of Lakewood, Christopher (Lu) Bauer of California, and Justin Bauer of California; great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Cole, Cameron, Quinn, Darby Mae, and Roman; sister, Doris Goodier of Centennial, Colorado; and daughter-in-law, Fran Bauer Pendray. In addition to her parents, Justine was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Bauer and Glenn King; and sons, Emerson and William Bauer. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 10 until the 11 AM service at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel. Interment will be in Edwards Grove Cemetery, Greenwich, Ohio.
