Katherine I. White 56 of Ravenna, formerly of Kent, died Friday, December 3,
2010. She was born June 18, 1954 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late William and Betty
(Price) Syslo. Katherine was a member of the Lake Brady United Methodist Church,
Ravenna Moose and Ravenna VFW. Survivors include 2 grandchildren, her sister
Mildred Schlicter of GA and brother John Syslo of Ravenna. She was preceded in
death by her parents, husband Jack White and son Walter Lynn White. Calling
hours will be from 10:00 AM to time of memorial services at 11:00 AM Tuesday,
December 14, 2010 at Lake Brady United Methodist Church, 1995 Brady Lake Road,
Kent, Ohio with Reverend Gary Glasscock officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad Street,
Canfield, Ohio 44406.
