Kathryn (Sabarich) Stankavich

"TOGETHER AGAIN" Kathryn Stankavich 97 of Ravenna passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Eden Vista of Stow. She was born March 25, 1926 in Sykesville, PA to Nick and Antionette (Grodenich) Sabarich. Kathryn worked as a waitress and in the kitchen at several area restaurants including Cherry’s Steak House, Elite, and finally retired at age 85 from Guido's. She was a proud member of the Croatian Fraternal Union #699 in Newton Falls and the American Legion and VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include her children Cathy Andree, Mary Beth Shears, Dave (Janet) Stankavich, Dan (Amy) Stankavich and Bill (Rochelle) Stankavich. 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William Stankavich. Private family services have been arranged with burial at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
