Kenneth D. Winters

Kenneth D. Winters, 55, of Edinburg, passed away on December 22, 2012. He was born on March 10, 1957 to George David and Patricia (Hughes) Winters. He has lived in Edinburg since 2007, and formerly lived in Randolph, Ohio for over 20 years. Ken owned and operated Winters’ Excavating for 30 years. Survivors include his sons, Kenneth D. Winters of Ravenna and Matthew D. Winters of Randolph, his mother, Patricia Winters of Ravenna, sister, Peggy Coy Varney of Edinburg, nieces and nephews Cristopher Coy, Rachael Rutherford, Valerie Pinchot, Michael deCaussin, Madeline Coy and Jaycob Quay. He was preceded in death by his sister Karen deCaussin and his father George D. Winters. A memorial service has been held.
