Kevin V King

Kevin V. King, 66 of Ravenna, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the UH Portage Medical Center. Kevin was born on July 3, 1956 in Ravenna to his late parents James and Carolee King. He had worked as a welder for the East Manufacturing company in Randolph and enjoyed the outdoors, specifically enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a big Ohio State fan and loved being with his friends. In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his sister Kim Stemple. He is survived by his daughters Sarah A. (Clayton) Centa and Dana M. (Bill) Kopp, Austine Heiney whom he raised like a son, his grandchildren Adelynn Kopp, Jack Centa and Quinn Kopp, his significant other Donna Heiney, his siblings Marcie (Ed) Wise and Jackie (John) Hutchison, his brother-in-law Jeff Stemple, and several nieces and nephews. Per his request, cremation has taken place and private family services have been held at the Hillside Cemetery in Randolph. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Ravenna Eagles Club from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.
