Kevin J. Schantz 41 of Akron, formerly of Streetsboro, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013. He was born August 15, 1971 in Cleveland to Douglas and Sally (Lacy) Schantz. He enjoyed working on his motorcycles and painting cars. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Douglas and Sally Schantz of Streetsboro, daughter, Ashley Schantz of Cuyahoga Falls, step-son Roger Rader of Cuyahoga Falls, , a sister, Christina (Brad) Combs of Ravenna, nephew, Jonathan Combs, grandmother, Sally Springer of Streetsboro, aunt and uncle, Chuck and Jackie Lacy of Cuyahoga Falls. Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM where family and friends may call from 1:00 PM till time of the Service, Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel, 9781 Page Rd Streetsboro, OH 44241. Burial will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery, Streetsboro.
