Laura Louise (Lewis) Loftin

Laura Louise Loftin, 89 of Florida and formerly of North Carolina and Ravenna passed away Monday May 10, 2021 at her home in Florida.  On July 13, 1931, she was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania to the late Robert and Frances (Phillips) Lewis.  Mrs. Loftin had retired from the General Electric Plant in Ravenna.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children  Vicki Conant, Christopher Loftin, Jeffery Loftin, her siblings  Dolores Ann Martin, Frances Gillison, Robert (Gloria) Lewis, Jessie Lewis and one grandson.  Survivors include her husband of 73 years Donald E. Loftin, her children Michael T.  Loftin, Candis White, Cathy (Sonnie) Bolden, Thomas (Desiree) Loftin, Timothy Loftin, 11 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be Monday May 17, 2021 from 11 Am until time of funeral services at 1 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Mrs. Loftin may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
