Lawrence L. Ruggles

Lawrence L. Ruggles 72 of Ravenna passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 at Tamarack Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Brimfield. He was born November 7, 1951 in Akron, Ohio to the late Cecil and Nelly (Lee) Ruggles. Larry was a US Army veteran and truck driver and operated a towing company. Survivors include his wife of 42 years Jodie (Hughes), sons Joseph (Erin), Jason (Cassi) and Jacob (Kristal) and six grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Charlestown United Methodist Church, 6408 Rock Spring Road, Ravenna, Ohio. Reverend Jim Lewis will officiate. Interment will be at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
