Lawrence Raymond Stiles

On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, Mr. Lawrence Raymond Stiles passed away at his home with his family by his side after a period of declining health.  He was born on January 30, 1941 in Hundred, West Virginia to the late Clark and Thelma (Payne) Stiles. Larry has lived in Palmyra since 1973 where he was a volunteer fireman and baseball coach for more than 15 years. He retired from General Motors in Lordstown where he worked as die maker. He was a member of the Army Reserves. Larry was an avid reader and enjoyed watching his Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.  Survivors include his wife Ann (Reynolds) Stiles whom he married May 22, 1964, his children, Diane (Steve) Davis, Mike (Deanna) Stiles, Steve Stiles and his fiancé' Melissa, Adam (Lucinda) Stiles, his grandchildren Amber (Ben), Kevin (Hannah), Stephen, JC, Paige, Taelor, Jakob and great grandchildren Emma and Miles.  There will be no calling hours or services.
