Leona M. (Young) Kline

Leona M. Kline 79 of Ravenna passed away Wednesday June 22, 2011 at her residence.  She was born June 16, 1932 in Linesville, PA to the late Homer and Myrtle (Green) Young.  Mrs. Kline has lived in Ravenna since 1992 and was formerly of Mantua.  She was a veteran of the US Navy and was a member of the New Beginnings Fellowship Church in Brimfield.  Survivors include her daughters Sherry (Jeff) Cales of Mantua, Barb (Alvin) Smith of Rockford, Illinois, Sandy (Richard) Mounts of Atwater, Ohio, grandchildren Jeff, Jr., Jake (Shauna), Alvin, Jr., Mandy, Becky, Sara (Chris), great grandchildren Lindsey, Natalie, Ethan, Adella, , brother Daniel Young of California and sister Katie Tomcheck of PA.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Kline on July 23, 1992.  Calling hours will be Sunday June 26, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel where funeral services will be 11;00 AM Monday with Pastor Tommie Nicholas officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.
