Lois C. Eckmeyer Sapp

Lois C. Eckmeyer Sapp, 76, of Kent, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026. She was born June 6, 1946 in Akron, Ohio to the late Virgil and Mary Archer.

Lois found joy in attending church and was a faithful member of the Kent Church of the Nazarene. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her four boys and the family she loved so dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Eckmeyer; siblings, Ann, Margaret, Jerry and Don.

Lois is survived by her four boys, Gary (Kim) Eckmeyer, Greg Eckmeyer, Brian Eckmeyer and Virgil (Elizabeth) Eckmeyer; grandchildren, Steven Eckmeyer, Jessica Eckmeyer, Bradly Eckmeyer, Lauren Baskey, Zack Sullivan, Anthony Sullivan and Emily Sullivan; sibling, Carol Tawney, Jean Boston, Jim Archer and Bub Archer and many other loving family and friends.
