Lois A. (Harvey) Guy

Lois A. Guy 78 of Aurora died Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights. She was born September 30, 1934 in Chester, WV to Roy and Elsie (Justice) Harvey. Lois was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Streetsboro. Formerly of East Liverpool, she has lived in Aurora since 1961 and worked as an overseas exporter for IDEX Corporation in Solon and Warrensville.Survivors include her daughters Karen (Thom) Page of Kent and Billie Sue (Paul) Flick of Streetsboro, sons Mitch (Cindy) Guyof Mantua and Ronald (Theresa) Guy of Kent, 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, brothers Paul Harvey of East Liverpool and Donald Harvey of Quincey, MA, and step sisters Janet Schorr of Lancaster, OH, Margie Fickle and Thelma Grossman both of East Liverpool. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William R. in 2011 and a brother Richard Harvey. Calling hours will be from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, October 11, 2012 and from 12:00 PM to time of services at 1:00 PM Friday, October 12, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel with Reverend William Moser officiating. Cremation will follow the services and burial will take place in Aurora City Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the Arthritis Foundation, 4630 Richmond Road, Suite 240, Cleveland, OH 44128.
