Lola G. (Blankenship) Sabo

Lola G. Wilcoxen Sabo 60 of Ravenna,  passed away Wednesday February 4, 2015 at  Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna , Ohio.  She was born April 28, 1954 in Knox Creek, VA to the late Vester M. and Zada Inez Blankenship.  Ms. Sabo has lived in Ravenna  most of her life and had attended the First Christian Church in Ravenna, Ohio.   Survivors include her son Richard (Becky) Wilcoxen of Laurinburg, NC., her grandchildren Brianna and Taten Wilcoxen,  her loving companion Jerry Lee Durenda, her brothers  Burnis (Carolyn) Blankenship and Verner Blankenship both of Ravenna.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Wilcoxen, her siblings Lois Cedillo, Phyllis Blankenship, Joanne Blankenship and Johnny Blankenship.  Calling hours will be TONIGHT Friday February 6, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel where funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday February 7, 2015.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.  Memories  and condolences  of Lola may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
