Lorena Baker, 87 of Aurora, died Tuesday July 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born September 11, 1927 in Latrobe, West Virginia to the late Pat and Elvira Adkins. Lorena lived most of her life in the area and was retired from the former Morris Controls in Hudson.
Lorena is survived by her husband of 67 years, James Russell Baker, children; Yvonne Hosey of Uniontown, Brady (Rosie) Baker of Massillon, Sue (John) Johnson of Canton, Patty Baker of California, Virgil (Victoria) Baker of Stow and Keith (Deana) Baker of Aurora. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 7:00PM Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home in Streetsboro, with Rev. Bill Snyder officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
