Loretta M. (Voll) Jones

Loretta M. Jones , 83 of Brady Lake passed away Saturday 21, 2012 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio.  Loretta was born January 30, 1928 in Ravenna Township to the late Louis and Mary (Freint) Voll.  She married Robert H. Jones on September 2, 1949 and moved to Brady Lake where they raised their family and still live.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bernard Voll and sisters Eileen Griggy and Rita Teague.  Survivors include  her beloved husband Robert H. Jones, sons Darmon (Janice) Jones, Brent (Monica) Jones, her daughter Jill (Louis) Sloey, her grandchildren Brent (Kristen) Jones, Jr., Lia (Armando) Bastida, Aubrey Jones, Rae-Lin Jones,  her great grandchildren Austin Jones, Benjamin Otanez and along with many other dear family, neighbors and friends.  Calling hours will be 6-8 PM Wednesday January 25, 2012 at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel. Private interment will take place at Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.  The family wishes to thank all the staff of Longmeadow Care Center and Robinson Memorial Hospital and Hospice for their loving care of Loretta and their kindness to her and her family over the past few months.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Loretta's name to Animal Protective League  PO Box 927 Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
