Marie S. Spengler, 83 of Streetsboro passed away Monday November 27, 2017 at Briarwood Nursing Home in Stow, Ohio. She was born November 14, 1934 in Johnstown, PA to the late Arthur and Josephine (Cook) Daughenbaugh. Marie has lived in Streetsboro since 1965 and enjoyed crocheting, reading her bible and her family. Survivors include her children Ernest (Sally) McGowan, Thomas (Kim) McGowan, Pamela (Thomas) Bradshaw, Debora Bradshaw, Alice (Jerry) Sinn, Sheri (Kevin) Yoder, Holly McGowan, Jack Zuponcic, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and siblings Joanie, Dede and Denny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harold R. "Hank" Spengler on September 25, 2013 and siblings Ruth and Gary. Calling hours will be 5-8 PM Thursday November 30, 2017 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday December 1, 2017 with Chaplain Lori Pugh officiating.
