Mark Ernst Birkner 75 of Shalersville passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Heather Knoll Nursing Home in Tallmadge. He was born October 21, 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio to William and Carol (Keidel) Birkner. Mark was a US Army veteran and worked as a mechanic for Davey Tree. Survivors include his wife Kimberly (Jones) and siblings Bill Birkner and Chris Callahan. There will be no calling hours or services at this time. Cremation has taken place.
