Martina M (Fitzgerald) Mcquaid

Martina M. McQuaid, 91, of Streetsboro, passed away Tuesday December 5, 2023 at Bath Creek Estates in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  On February 18, 1932, she was born in Snidersburg, PA to the late Joseph and Martina (hoover) Fitzgerald.  Mrs. McQuaid was an avid Cleveland Baseball fan, whether it was the Indians or the Guardians.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John E. McQuaid, Sr. on October 13, 1997, her children Mary Lou Schenk, William Fitzgerald and two sisters.  Survivors include her sons  John E. (Karen) McQuaid, Jr., Charles L. (Lonna) McQuaid, Thomas L. (Tina) McQuaid, eight grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be 12 Pm until time of the 1:00 PM Funeral on Tuesday December 12, 2023 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel.   Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery Twinsburg, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Martina may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
