Mary A (Bozica) Long

Mary A. Long 89 of Ravenna died Friday, July 8, 2011. She was born August 14, 1921 in Greenville, PA to the late Joseph and Albina Bozica. Mary has lived in Ravenna most of her life, graduated from Edinburg High School, and was the assistant manager for Birchwood Manor Trailer Park. She was in the Red Hat Society and belonged to the Portage County Senior Center. Survivors include her daughter Pat Bird of Solon, grandchildren Missy (Jason) Walker and James (Dawn) McColloch, great grandchildren Morgan, Mykenzie and Mason Walker  and Joseph and Sydney McColloch and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents,  her husband Howard E. Long, sons David and Richard Long, son in law Roger, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Calling hours will be from 5 - 7 PM Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. There will be no services, cremation has taken place. Memorials should be made to the Portage County Senior Center.
