Mary H. Cetera 95 of Rootstown passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at Longmeadow Nursing Home. She was born November 16, 1914 in Henrietta, OK to the late John and Anna (Samicak) Kolasa. Mrs. Cetera was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Polish National Alliance. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann (Edward) Sawyer of Rootstown, son, Walter (Sharon) Cetera of Palos Park, IL, daughter-in-law, Paula Cetera of Brunswick, sister, Bertha Payesko of NJ, Frances Baron, Jane Barich, Bernadine Kois all of Mentor, 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Cetera 9/10/01, son, Eugene Cetera, sisters, Alice Wallace, Anna Blount, Helen Marhefka, Stella Blout, Valerie Kolasa, brothers, Joseph and John Kolasea. Calling hours will be held from 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Church with Father John Michael Lavelle officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
