Mary G. (Strahler) Englehart

Mary G. Englehart 94 of Brimfield, formerly of Randolph and Edinburg, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her children. She was born February 13, 1931 in Waterford, Ohio to Joseph and Marie (Ruppel) Strahler. Mary was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna and had been in Young at Heart and the New Life Choir at the church. Survivors include her children Janice Englehart, Anne (Eric) Luli, Joyce (Charles) Cross, Donna (Andrew) Bowers, William (Penny) Englehart and Joseph (Cindi) Englehart III, 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph and siblings Sr. Margaret Teresa, James Strahler, Wilmer Strahler, Edna Lopez, Bernadine Burza, Elizabeth Buckohr, Martha Badunas, Albert Strahler, Regis Strahler, Lawrence Strahler and Richard Strahler. Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 PM Monday, March 24, 2025 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. A funeral mass will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church, 409 W. Main Street in Ravenna, Ohio. Father William Kraynak will officiate. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Church Cemetery in Randolph. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Immaculate Conception Church.
