Mary E. Shull-Locklay 80 of Randolph died Thursday, December 8, 2016. She was born July 28, 1936 in Akron, Ohio to Lester C. and Clarice (Curnow) Welch. Survivors include her daughters Christine (Dan) Hysell of Rootstown, Corinne (Mike) Haidet of Alliance and Donna (Dennis) Knox of Kentucky, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a brother Jack Welch of Akron. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Robert E. Shull and James R. Locklay and brothers Don, Lester and Darwin Welch. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery Chapel in Randolph with Pastor Beth Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Randolph. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
