Maxine N. (White) Fenske
February 28, 1927 — July 22, 2012
Maxine N. Fenske 85 of Streetsboro passed away Sunday July 22, 2012 at Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna. She was born February 28, 1927 in Frametown, WVA to the late Thomas and Loma Vae (Frame) White. She has lived in Streetsboro since 1997 and had worked at the A&P, the Ohio Turnpike Commission and at one time was the owner of The Cash Register Supply Company in Washington State. She enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, gambling and spoiling her cats. Survivors include her son Phillip (Gayle) Holton of Southington, her daughter Bridgett (Stanley "Jiggs") Swboni of Streetsboro, six grandchildren , 12 great grandchildren and brother Virgil White of Grafton, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Milton E. Fenske in 1994 and her brother Roland White.Calling hours will be 12:30 PM until time of services at 3:30 PM on Wednesday July 25, 2012 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.Private family burial will take place in West Virginia. The family would like to thank Longmeadow Care Center for the wonderful care their mom received while she was there. A special Thank you to all the nurses aides and Diann. Also a special thank you to Debbie, Ken, Barb and Sarah for being there at a difficult time.
