Michael Paul O'Neal, 58, of Ravenna, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 8, 1955 in Orange, California, a son of Donald M O'Neal and Jacqueline (Brannen) Ferguson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Michael loved fishing and playing pool. He also loved to tell stories. He is survived by his wife of almost 19 years, Sandra (Fagley) O'Neal; step-sons, Eric and Matthew Brown; six grandchildren; his father; sisters, Rhonda, Candice, and Shannon; brother Donald; uncle Kurt and Aunt Jo Heflin; best friends, Fred and Vicki McEwen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his mother; his step father, Robert Ferguson; sister, Tina Forbus; and brother, Mark O'Neal. Cremation has taken place, memorial calling hours will be held on Friday from 2-3 PM. A memorial service will follow at 3PM, at the Community Bible Church, 3671 Tallmadge Road, Rootstown.
