Mildred (Poindexter) Thacker

Mildred Thacker, 91, of Ravenna passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at UH Portage Medical Center. Mildred was born in Branchland, West Virginia September 13, 1927 to the late Roby and Rachel (Ball) Poindexter. She was a homemaker and lived in Zanesville most of her life . She moved to Ravenna in 2001. Mildred is survived by her children Mary Price, Betty (Stanley) Kawskay and Wilburn (Veda) Thacker, as well as by 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband, Norman, sons Norman Jr. Alfie and Alfred  and brother Curtis Poindexter.
