Nellie J. (Aleshire) Gordon

Nellie J. Gordon 89 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Hudson Grande Assisted Living. She was born June 3, 1932 in Hewett, WV to Elmer and Erna (Ellis) Aleshire. Nellie retired from Stouffers in 1991 where she was a lab assistant. Survivors include her sons Ernest (Maria) Gordon, Jr. and Michael (Becky) Gordon, granddaughter Angela (Rob) Molnar and a sister June Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ernest in 1993 and siblings Estel Aleshire, Zoma Burns, Roma McQuain, Virgie Burns, Lena Kruk, Thermal Cook and Edsel Aleshire. Calling hours will be from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM Friday, June 11, 2021 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 23215 Commerce Park STE 300, Beachwood, OH 44122.
