Nicholas A. "Nick" Spagnuolo, 87, a lifelong Ravenna resident died peacefully on June 18, 2015 while enjoying his favorite pastime, watching the Cleveland Indians. He was born June 27, 1927 in Ravenna to the late Filippo and Modestina (Trocchio) Spagnuolo. In addition to his parents, Nick was also preceded in death by his wife whom he married in 1948, Florence "Fannie" Spagnuolo and his brother Dino Spagnuolo. Nick was a veteran of the US Navy serving in WW II, a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna and was the owner of Bar 10. Survivors include his daughter Phyllis (Jim) Coll and son John (Denise) Spagnuolo all of Ravenna, his grandchildren Ryan (Kelsey) Coll, Andrea and Madison Spagnuolo. Also surviving are his nephew Phillip Spagnuolo, nieces Linda Brode, Louise Mellott, Joan Best and Jennifer Rios, his brother - in -laws Michael (Patty) DiMaso, John DiMaso and sister- in- law Patricia DiMaso. Memorial calling hours will be Monday June 29, 2015 from 9:00 Am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 Am at the Immaculate Conception Church Ravenna, Ohio. Private burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Robinson Memorial Hospice 6847 N. Chestnut St. Ravenna, Ohio.
