Nichole M (Pease) Hearn

April 21, 1982 — October 17, 2022

Berea, Ohio

Nichole Pease-Hearn, 40, passed away on October 17, 2022, at University Hospital. Nichole was born April 21, 1982, to Kim and Scott Pease. She grew up in Aurora, where she spent weekends picnicking at Sunny Lake Park and summer weeks vacationing on Kiawah Island. She raised rabbits, Bubbles and Oreo, with 4H and more than once showed up at her parents’ house with a lost kitten in need of a home. She was a Girl Scout who knew all of the best songs by heart and was the award-winning baker of a still legendary triple-layer carrot cake. She lived in Berea for most of her adult life, where she raised her family, played and coached volleyball, and loved a good (or sometimes bad) French Bulldog. She was active in several charity causes, including breast cancer research and supporting military veterans, and took great joy and pride in helping others.  Nichole was an animal lover, creative, stubborn, fierce, very funny, always sure she was right, giving, devoted, ready for an adventure, and so incredibly in love with and proud of her children. She made the lives of everyone around her more vivid and interesting.  She is remembered by her children, Olivia and Maddox; her parents, Kim and Scott Pease; her sister and brother-in-law, Corey and Brian Rineair; her grandmother, Vivi Jorgensen; aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of friends. She joins her grandparents, Poul Jorgensen, Roger Pease, Carolyn Pease, and Eddy Pease, in heaven where she will be busy keeping an eye on the rest of us.  There will be a celebration of life at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nichole can be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation. (t2t.org)  Condolences and memories of Nichole may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
