Nola C (Stamm) Finch

Nola C. Finch, 87 of Rootstown, passed away Tuesday February 25, 2025 at the UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna.  On July 28, 1937, Nola was born in Shalersville, Ohio to the late Gerald and Aubrey (Horner) Stamm.  Living in Rootstown all her life, Mrs. Finch has worked for the Rootstown School Systems, retiring after 30 years as a bus driver and also had worked for 20 years at the Record Courier.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Lee Finch, Sr on Jan. 9, 2004, her son Scott Finch and daughter Alice (Bill) Rager and siblings Bullard Stamm, Owen Stamm, Twin brother Nolan Stamm and Sis Harlan.  Survivors include her children Tammy Buso, Jack Finch, Jr, Alice  12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and sister Dolly Krajcik.  Calling hours will be Sunday March 2, 2025 from 2PM to 5PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel where funeral services will be 10 AM Monday March 3, 2025 with Rev.
