Opal May (Croop) Shearer

Opal May Shearer (Croop), known by her children as "Spoiled", 78, of Barberton formerly of  Ravenna. passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, in her home. She was born on December 31, 1933 in Ravenna to the late, Howard and Angeline (Bradac) Croop. She is also preceded in death by brother Vernon Croop.  She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Bishop, Theresa Shearer, Tina Lustig (Shannon), and Debbie (Chris) Kotonski; grandchildren, Stacy, J.B., Rachel, and Angela; great-grandchildren, Preston, Destiny, Kayla, Katelin, Tristyn, Jostin, Ashton, and Jonah; brothers, Paul (Impie) Croop, Bert (Barbara) Croop, and Sterling Croop; sister-in-law, Joan Croop; father of her children, Robert Shearer; and several nieces and nephews.  She was a loving, devoted, selfless, Mother and Grandmother. Opal's love is never ending. Cremation has taken place. Private family services were held.
