Patricia D. (Bowen) Burke 55 of Streetsboro died Thursday, September 29, 2016. She was born July 23, 1961 in Akron, Ohio to Blane Lee and Elizabeth Jane (McCartney) Bowen. Patty worked as a bus aide for Hudson City Schools. Survivors include her companion of 18 years Bret Hohne, daughters Jennifer (Richard) Hall of Akron, Pamela (Aaron) Propst of Stow, Elizabeth (Michael) Benton of Northfield and Amanda Hohne of Akron, son William (Candace) Rogers of Akron, 9 grandchildren, father Blane Lee Bowen Sr. of FL, grandmother Rebecca Schaad of Streetsboro, sisters Debbie Bowen of Streetsboro, Brenda Bowen of FL and Tammy Bowen of KY and brothers Blane Lee Bowen Jr. of IL and Charles Bowen of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her mother and granddaughter Morgan Hall. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend that will be greatly missed. A celebration of her life will be held at 12 PM on October 8, 2016 at the Clarion Inn, 6625 Dean Memorial Parkway, Hudson, OH 44236 in the Brandywine Room. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
