Patrick J. Palmisano , 55 , of Ravenna passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at University Hospitals in Cleveland. He was born June 6, 1961 in Jamaica Queens, New York. Patrick has lived in Ravenna since 1997 and was employed a production manager for Hamlin Steel in Akron. He was a member of Crossroads Community Church in Shalersville and enjoyed his family, woodworking, metal work, gardening, hiking and was an sportsman. Patrick was preceded in death by both his parents William R. and Gertrude (Witham) and his birth parents Gildo Salvati and Gloria Messer as well as brother, Peter O’Hara and sister, Bethann O’Hara. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Glynis (Shetline) Palmisano, his daughters Wendy (Dan) Baran, Jenna (Nick) Grant, Rhianna (Luke) Sweet, Erin (Ed) Clemens, nine grandchildren with two on the way, his siblings Trudie Palmisano, William Palmisano, Daniel Palmisano, Damon O’Hara, Benjamin Mandaro, Andi Mandaro, Carol, Suzanne, Mario, Thomas, Paul and Gildo Jr. Salvati. Calling hours will be Saturday July 16, 2016 from 9:30 Am until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM at Crossroads Community Church, 9018 State Route 44, Ravenna (Shalersville), Ohio.
