Pauline V. (Frazee) Wamsley

January 22, 1918 — June 3, 2014

Pauline  V. Wamsley 96 of Ravenna passed away Tuesday June 3, 2014 at her residence with her family by her side.  She was born January 22, 1918 in Randolph County, PA to the late Walter and Ester Frazee.   Mrs. Wamsley has lived in Ravenna the past 25 years and was formerly of Akron,  she was a member of Grace Episcopal  Church in Ravenna.  She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She retired from the Oak Grill in the O'Neal Building in Akron where she worked as a cook.  Survivors include her children Diane Wilson and Jim Spicer, both of Ravenna,, her grandchildren Amanda (Mike( Ondrejko, Terry (Jen) Lowther, Heather (John) Sapp, Anthony Wamsley, E.J. (Tamara) Wamsley, Debbie Spicer, Rodney Spicer and her great grandchildren Brittany, Chelsea, Tommy, David, Michael Jr., Brandon, Austin, Alyssa, Dylan and Savannah.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jeral Wamsley, her son Robert Wamsley and several brothers and sisters.  Calling hours will be Thursday June 5, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday June 6, 2014 at Grace Episcopal Church in Ravenna with Rev. Carol Evans officiating.  Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery Akron, Ohio.
